I. Product Introduction
Epoxy ceramic floor paint is a coating made of epoxy resin and ceramic materials. This floor paint adopts an integral polymer surface layer, and the main components are epoxy resin and curing agent.
II. Product Features:

V. Construction process and steps:
Base surface treatment:
1. Clean and inspect the base: After cleaning or vacuuming the base surface, check whether there are cracks or hollow shells on the base. If there are any, deep cut and clean them, and then fill them with epoxy mortar. Do not knock them barbarously during cleaning to avoid loosening the base layer on the side.
First pass: Epoxy sealing primer construction:
Primer ratio [Epoxy sealing primer A1 kg: Epoxy sealing primer B1 kg], before construction, first stir the primer A and primer B evenly, then mix them according to the ratio, stir thoroughly for about 3 minutes, and then you can start construction. It needs to be used up within 60 minutes. After the primer surface is dry (4 to 5 hours), the topcoat can be applied.
Second pass: Epoxy ceramic floor topcoat construction:
Topcoat ratio [Epoxy ceramic floor topcoat 4 kg: Epoxy topcoat curing agent 1 kg], before construction, first stir the paint thoroughly for 2~3 minutes, then mix it with the curing agent according to the ratio, and stir thoroughly for 3~5 minutes before construction. It needs to be used up within 50 minutes.
The usable time of this product is about 30 minutes when it is above 25°C. Please determine the amount of each batch according to the actual temperature and construction progress. The prepared materials must be used up at one time, and the remaining A/B components must be sealed and stored.
. On-site cleaning and maintenance, floor maintenance
After the topcoat is completed, move the relevant construction materials and tools away from the site,
People are allowed to enter and walk only after at least 72 hours. Do not bring in garbage such as sediment.
The paint film usually needs 7 days to completely cure. During this period, other construction, handling, installation and other construction should be avoided.
VI. Storage and safety protection:
The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from fire and heat.
Keep the construction process dry and clean, and strictly prohibit contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.; the curing agent packaging barrel must be tightly closed after the paint is mixed to avoid gelling.
Operators should wear safety protective masks and gloves to avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs accidentally, rinse with water.
