IV. Reference Usage Process:
1 . Workpiece requirements: Dry, clean, and free of pollution.
2. Impregnation process: Ordinary immersion or continuous immersion, immersion time 1～5min (until no bubbles emerge, the actual time is determined according to the size of the immersed workpiece).
3. Dripping paint: Drip until no paint beads drip from the workpiece.
4. Curing conditions: The curing temperature is 120～130℃, and the holding time is 120～180min. (The actual baking temperature and holding time depend on the size of the workpiece; the larger the workpiece, the longer the required baking temperature and holding time.)
V. Precautions:
1. The paint storage tank, dipping tank, and pipes should be made of stainless steel to avoid water stains and rust.
2. When dipping, the workpiece cannot enter the dipping tank at high temperature. The internal temperature of the workpiece should be cooled to room temperature. The temperature of the paint in the dipping tank should not exceed 40℃. If the temperature is too high, the emulsion is likely to break.
3. Avoid mixing oily, acidic, or alkaline substances, which will affect the stability of the water-based paint and may even cause the emulsion to break and be scrapped.
4. Pay attention to the control of baking temperature and holding time during the curing process. If the drying requirements cannot be met under the recommended baking temperature and time, the problem can be solved by increasing the baking temperature or extending the baking time.
5. The air outlet of the oven should be unobstructed to facilitate the evaporation and discharge of water vapor, so as not to affect the curing speed of the insulating paint.
VI. Storage and Safety Protection:
1. Packaging specifications: 25KG/barrel, 50KG/barrel
2. The storage period is 90 days from the date of production.
3. This product is a conventional water-based chemical product and should be stored in a closed container below 25°C, protected from direct sunlight and exposure, and isolated from fire and heat sources;
4. Operators should wear safety masks and gloves to avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water.
